"Различные СМИ транслируют кадры, на которых на митинге видны маленькие дети. Нынешние демонстрации неоднократно выходили за рамки мирного собрания и принимали насильственный характер, поэтому дети находятся в насильственной среде и существует высокий риск их травмирования", – говорится в заявлении.
Ведомство отмечает, что непрерывные нападения на полицейских продолжаются уже несколько часов, а действия протестующих выходят за рамки мирного собрания.

They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
