Согласно поправкам, из грузинского законодательства планируется исключить термины "гендер" и "гендерная идентичность".
Так, словосочетание "гендерные вопросы" будет заменено на "вопросы равенства женщин и мужчин", термин "гендерная нетерпимость" – на "нетерпимость к равенству женщин и мужчин", словосочетание "гендерно-чувствительные" – на "чувствительные к полу".
