Это первый прецедент, как нам сказали. Кандидаты на такие руководящие должности не избираются больше двух раз в системе ООН, и это считается вообще недемократичным. Были и другие причины, но я не хочу вдаваться в подробности", – сказал Ираклий Кобахидзе.
