Поправки уточняют понятие клеветы как заявления, содержащего существенно ложный факт, наносящий ущерб репутации. Срок для примирения сторон по делам о клевете сокращен с 30 до 10 дней.
Изменяется и распределение бремени доказывания: отныне именно ответчик должен будет доказать, что его высказывание не содержит ложной информации. Новые правила не распространяются на уже начатые дела.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
