Сегодня ввели в эксплуатацию еще один мост – через реку Большая Сондола. Переезд, расположенный на 8-м километре автодороги Афанасовская – Нижнее Устье в Плесецком округе, капитально отремонтировали в рамках нацпроекта «Безопасные качественные дороги».  
 
Подрядчик обновил железобетонные опоры моста и пролетное строение – теперь оно металлическое. Также на объекте заменено барьерное ограждение и сделан водоотвод. Все работы выполнены в срок, стоимость капремонта составила более 90 млн рублей. 
 
Мостовое сооружение находится на популярном туристическом направлении, ведущем в Кенозерский национальный парк.
