🔰کارگاه اخلاق در انتشار: 🔶اگه فقط قسمتی از مقاله رو نوشته باشم و توی مراحل اصلی مطالعه حضور نداشته باشم، اسمم میتونه به عنوان نویسنده بیاد؟ 🔷تا چه حدی میتونم از AI توی نگارش مقاله استفاده کنم؟ نیازه داخل متن مقاله به این مسئله اشاره کنم؟ 🔶توی چه شرایطی از نظر اخلاقی و قانونی مشکل ایجاد میشه و مقاله‌مون رترکت میشه؟ بعدش چه اتفاقی میفته؟ 🔷اگه شخصی فقط متن نهایی مقاله رو خونده باشه و کامنت کلی داده باشه، اسمش میتونه به عنوان نویسنده بیاد؟ 🔶وقتی یک مقاله خودش به یک مطالعه اصلی دیگه ارجاع داده، به کدوم باید ارجاع بدم؟ 🔷بلک لیست چیه و در چه صورتی داخلش قرار میگیرم؟

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
