Ведь сейчас уже фактически началась президентская избирательная кампания, которая должна завершиться праздником народного единения, отразившемся в результатах волеизъявления. А Гурулев раз за разом способствует разобщению российского общества, в этот раз предлагая ввести смертную казнь за диверсии. Не исключено, что в этом вопросе его вновь "поправят", как и во многих предыдущих случаях, в т.ч. и совсем недавно. А если не "поправят", значит, нас скоро ожидает новая законодательная инициатива и ее молниеносное превращение в закон. И это уже даже не закон "о трех колосках", с "пятерочкой"...
