В ходе планового обследования Промышленного района сотрудники Управления выявили невосстановление элементов благоустройства (асфальтового покрытия) ГУП «РПВВ» по адресам: ул.Тельмана, 45 и ул.Чкалова/Интернациональная.
Разрешения на аварийно-восстановительные работы на сетях холодного водоснабжения выдавались юридическому лицу с указанием сроков для восстановления повреждённых элементов. Однако по истечении указанных сроков асфальтовое покрытие не восстановлено.
В связи с этим в отношении правонарушителя составлены два административных протокола, предусматривающих наложение штрафа, а также вручены предписания об устранении нарушений в установленный срок.
