Отметим, во время встречи с Путиным губернатор Шумков рассказал про ноу-хау при ремонте дорожных покрытий: «Там, где мы считаем, что дороги экономически неэффективно строить асфальтовые, делаем в щебёночном исполнении – в семь раз дешевле по бюджету расход. Сто километров в год за свой счёт, бюджета, Курганская область строит таким образом сельских дорог».
Между тем, сельчане просят изменить проект ремонта, так как щебенка «утонет» в песчаном грунте. Уважаемый Вадим Михайлович, вы о каком ноу-хау рассказывали президенту?
