Еще 98 отечественных внедорожников отправили в зону спецоперации. Они поступят в части, где служат ставропольцы, и помогут землякам выполнять боевые задачи. Всего в этом году мы отправили на СВО 210 машин от правительства края.

Большой вклад в поддержку земляков на передовой вносят многие ставропольцы – бизнес, волонтеры, общественники и просто жители. Сбор полезных грузов идет во всех территориях края. Конвои отправляются каждые несколько дней. Благодарен каждому, кто участвует в этой работе. Помогая нашим защитникам, мы приближаем Победу.

Ставропольцам, которые защищают Россию, хочу сказать. Парни, верим в вас! Ждем домой с победой!

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
