В интервью он подчеркнул, что план включает прекращение огня, возвращение депортированных детей, обмен пленными и установление устойчивого перемирия, которое принесёт пользу не только Украине, но и Европе.
Келлог также упомянул возможность «возвращения России в цивилизованное сообщество», чтобы обеспечить долгосрочный мир и избежать новой войны через несколько лет.
