Ранее в Следственном комитете Армении сообщили, что фигурантами уголовного дела являются 16 человек, из которых 14 задержаны - в основном, лидеры и активисты движения "Священная борьба", возглавляемого архиепископом Багратом.
В суд общин Аван и Нор Норк подано ходатайство об их аресте, оно сейчас рассматривается.
По словам адвоката архиепископа, его доверитель не признал предьявленное обвинение и отказался от дачи показаний.
