Первая регистрация рождения ребенка без личного присутствия родителей и на основании электронного медицинского свидетельства о рождении состоялась в ЗАГСе Республики Саха (Якутия) 18 мая 2022 года.
На основании сведений об актовой записи о рождении, полученной из федерального реестра ЗАГС, оформляется СНИЛС, полис медстрахования ребенку, а также материнский капитал и социальные пособия.
