Если это штатное заявление про «новые регионы» и Крым, то - ок. Там действительно не было ограничений.
Если же за размытымиформулировками Мерца имеются в виду другие территории, то мы возвращаемся к «Орешнику». Ведь именно угроза применения Орешника была аргументом Кремля в ответ на эти удары.
Конечно, немецкие СМИ сразу понесли про передачу Таурусов, потому что Мерца как бы для этого и избирали.
