Этот монумент – дань памяти и уважения мужеству и стойкости наших воинов. Кроме Триумфальной арки лучшие мастера России – чемпионы мира и участники международных конкурсов – построят из песка грандиозные композиции, посвященные истории, культуре и современной жизни Северной столицы.
Торжественное открытие фестиваля состоится 22 августа в 14:00. Фестиваль будет работать ежедневно с 11:00 до 20:00.
