💬«Это общее требование для всех проектов. Документы, в которых не предусмотрены контейнерные площадки и подъездные пути для спецтехники с кормовой загрузкой, даже не будут рассматриваться рабочей группой», – подчеркнул он.
Кроме того, среди обязательных элементов благоустройства – организация парковок, создание безбарьерной среды для маломобильных граждан, обустройство общественных пространств и детских площадок.
