Unga koʼra mazkur qarorning 2-ilovasi 38-bandidan “talabgorlardan kamida ikki yillik ilmiy-pedagogik ish staji yoki muayyan ilmiy yutuqlar (ixtiro uchun patentlar yoki mualliflik guvohnomalari) talab etiladi” jumlasi chiqarib tashlandi.
Fan doktori (DSc) ilmiy darajasini olish uchun mustaqil izlanuvchilikka rasmiylashtirishda ilmiy-pedagogik staj talab etilmaydi.
