В Федеральной палате адвокатов (ФПА) сегодня обсудят объявление всероссийской забастовки адвокатов, вызванной избиением в Чечне Александра Немова. Всячески поддерживаю любые решения, направленные на эффективное расследование нападения. Дело должно быть возбуждено и расследовано. Виновные - наказаны. И если для этого требуется такая крайняя мера как забастовка, то мы все должны ее использовать. Парализация работы судов и следственных органов - очень нежелательная мера, но у адвокатского сообщества нет иных рычагов влияния на такие ситуации. Значит, надо использовать то, что доступно. Надеюсь, ФПА примет правильное решение.
