«Могу с уверенностью сказать, что вина за то, что азербайджанские граждане погибли в этой катастрофе, лежит на представителях Российской Федерации. И мы требуем справедливости, мы требуем наказания виновных, мы требуем полной прозрачности и человеческого поведения», - сказал Алиев в понедельник на встрече с членами семей погибшего в авиакатастрофе экипажа и выжившими бортпроводниками.
По его словам, сейчас идет процесс расшифровки черных ящиков.
«Уверен, что в ближайшее время мы узнаем предварительный результат, и все встанет на свои места, вся картина произошедшей трагедии будет известна. И это, естественно, будет важным моментом в деле полного расследования этой трагедии и наказания виновных в ней», - добавил глава государства.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
