نص بتاريخ سنة ١٤١٥ هـ (بما قد يصادف ١٩٩٤ م) بقلم آية اللّٰه الشيخ جعفر النائيني (حفظه اللّٰه) ينقل رأي مرجع الطائفة الأعلى السيّد السيستانيّ (مد ظلُّه) ويصفه بـ (بعض أكابر المحقّقين دامت بركاته) :
"هو العلم الباهر والبحر الزاخر، بدر سماء التحقيق والتدقيق، الفقيه الربّاني السيّد عليّ الحسينيّ السيستانيّ دام وجوده الشريف".
- في شرحه لرسالة (الصلاة في المشكوك) لجدِّه أستاذ الفقهاء والمجتهدين الميرزا النائيني (قُدّست نفسُه).
