Амурская область взяла шефство над Амвросиевским районом Донецкой народной республики. Об этом сообщил губернатор Василий Орлов, который находится с официальным визитом в ДНР.
Амурский губернатор встретился с главой республики - Денисом Пушилиным, и руководителем района Игорем Лызовым. Они обсудили две первоочередные задачи - помочь Амвросиевскому району подготовиться к новому учебному году и отопительному сезону.
Также во время визита обсудили направления сотрудничества по восстановлению территории. Для этого в ДНР работает команда из Приамурья, чтобы на месте разбираться с объемами поддержи и формировать заявки на помощь. В перспективе полключение района к федеральным и национальным проектам России.

Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
