https://www.group-telegram.com/zehnavizz/16369 عادتهای خوب 1/ مصرف نایلون و چیزهای نایلونی و یکبار مصرف و سعی میکنم به حداقل برسونم، مثلا خرید میرم اغلب نایلون نمی‌گیرم و... 2/ اسراف‌کار نیستم مخصوصا مواد غذایی دور ریز و اسراف ندارم و سعی میکنم به اندازه خرید و مصرف کنم، حتی میوه بخوام بخرم دونه‌ای میخرم؛ به برق و گاز و آب هم خیلی حواسم هست که بیخود و الکی مصرف نشه و اتلاف انرژی نداشته باشم. 3/ مدتهاست زباله‌های بازیافتی رو جدا میکنم. توی خیابون و طبیعت هم زباله نمیندازم، هرچند بسیار کوچیک باشه، و توی طبیعت هم اگر شرایط و فرصتش باشه زباله‌هایی که ببینم جمع میکنم. #من
