Поэтому проще все списать на внутренние неполадки, чем на атаку, так как иначе нужно отвечать, но кому? И главный вопрос - а не есть ли это провокация с целью открыть второй фронт?
Поэтому очень высока вероятность того, что историю замнут и сведут все к уже озвученной причине - «техногенной». Тем более, что всё вроде бы обошлось без особых последствий.
