انجمن اسلامی دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران و علوم پزشکی تهران، ضمن ابراز تسلیت و همدردی با خانواده مرحوم خالقی و جامعه دانشگاهی کشور خواستار پیگیری این موضوع به جدی‌ترین شکل ممکن از سوی مقامات مربوطه است تا با مجازات مجرمان این جنایت و اندیشیده‌شدن تمهیدی جهت برقراری امنیت دانشجویان جامعه دانشگاهی شاهد تکرار چنین اتفاقات دردناکی نباشد.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
