В связи с ситуацией, когда возникла очень высокая волатильность на данной бумаге и потенциальные очень высокие потери, неоправданные для инвесторов, мы приняли решение временно приостановить торги данным инструментом, дабы дать рынку успокоиться.
Видимо, кто-то очень большой и сильный посоветовал Центробанку держать свои либеральные рты на замке.
Все это к вопросу о, якобы, самостоятельности и независимости нашего Центробанка.
