Депутат Парламента Резо Зантария за счет личных средств создает в Очамчыре реабилитационный центр для детей с онкологическими заболеваниями и с ограниченными возможностями в память о своем скончавшемся ребенке. Центр будет открыт в здании бывшего детского сада.
Глава государства ознакомился с условиями, созданными в центре. По словам депутата, для полноценного функционирования учреждения необходимо специализированное оборудование, вертикализаторы и тренажеры для реабилитации детей с церебральным параличом, которые помогут им учиться ходить.
Зантария обратился к президенту с просьбой помочь с привлечением специалистов для подбора передового оборудования для центра. Президент обещал оказать содействие в этом вопросе.
«Я решил построить центр в память о моем ребенке, который умер от онкологического заболевания», – сказал Зантария.
