Он потребовал:
◾️возбудить уголовное дело против премьера Никола Пашиняна за соучастие в геноциде и этнических чистках.
◾️возбудить уголовное дело в связи с решением Конституционного суда, согласно которому положения Декларации независимости Конституции Армении были признаны незаконными.
◾️предпринять действенные меры по освобождению армянских военнопленных, удерживаемых в Баку.
