В Махачкале, по ул. Агасиева постоянно отключают отопление и горячую воду. Мало того, что отопление позже всех дали, так еще каждую неделю отключают на сутки или две. Когда включают тоже батареи еле теплые. Уже не знаем что с этим делать. Устали от этого. Помогите, пожалуйста, решить
