Как стало известно ASTRA, 23-летняя жительница Ижевска обвинила военнослужащего в изнасиловании. Участник войны с Украиной напал на нее в банно-гостиничном комплексе «Астория».
Позже силовики задержали 32-летнего уроженца села Березовка в Омской области Вячеслава Гальцева. Гальцев, по данным источника, числится стрелком воинской части 42896.
На военнослужащего возбуждено уголовное дело по ч.2 ст.131 УК РФ (изнасилование, соединенное с угрозой убийством или причинением тяжкого вреда здоровью, а также совершенное с особой жестокостью по отношению к потерпевшей или к другим лицам).

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal.
