По их информации, к нескольким десяткам военных применялись насилие и пытки. В частности, им запрещали пользоваться туалетом — вместо него военнослужащим выдавали пластиковую бутылку и пакет.
Также удерживаемым насильно включали песню Шамана «Я русский».
Минувшей ночью в этом СИЗО, расположенном в Вилюйском переулке, произошел пожар. В результате погибли пять человек, еще семеро были госпитализированы с отравлением продуктами горения.
