Геря вину признал и пояснил, что цепочку ему подарила знакомая 10 лет назад. «А он, выпив, решил ее надеть, не придав значение изображению и надписи», — говорится в постановлении. Вместе с административным арестом суд постановил конфисковать подвеску.
