На самом деле странно, что такого закона в Турции до сих пор не было. Ведь там уже довольно-таки давно существуют меры наказания за оскорбление власти и президента в частности. Определение террористической деятельности - и вовсе весьма размытое.
Однако важен и тот факт, что для принятия подобного закона необходимо иметь список или хотя бы наметить наиболее нежелательные структуры/государства, сотрудничество с которыми или получение от которых средств будет означать «иноагентство».
Будет интересно посмотреть, какое видение Турция имеет по данному вопросу. Американцы уже выражают обеспокоенность.
