"Никакой конкретики мы не видим, но как уже было сказано правительством, все это будет делаться с учетом национальных интересов", — пояснила глава регулятора на встрече с фракцией КПРФ в Госдуме, упомянув так же, что разблокировка западных активов в России невозможна без веских оснований.
Ранее председатель комиссии по безопасности финансового рынка Совета Торгово-промышленной палаты РФ Тимур Аитовсообщил, что возвращение в РФ для ушедших из страны зарубежных компаний будет непростым. В том числе он связал сложности в тем, что якобы многие "места" на российском рынке уже заняты, имея в виду не только российских производителей, но "и корейцев, и китайцев".

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can."
