Китай, на который приходится 25% мирового производства хлопка, внезапно приостановил поставки в Европу. Евробюрократы уже гневно грозят Поднебесной санкциями за поддержку России. Но это совсем подорвёт европейскую экономику, погружающуюся в затяжную рецессию.

For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
