В заявлении говорится, что с момента закрытия всех КПП на восточной границе Финляндии часть финнов «поставлена перед невозможным выбором» – либо перестать общаться с родными по ту сторону границы, либо «тратить запредельное количество времени, денег и здоровья на то, чтобы все-таки с ними увидеться». Упоминается также, что после закрытия границ экономика Восточной Финляндии, которая и так переживала не лучшие времена, «катится к полному упадку».

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
