По имеющимся данным, между компанией «Контур.Фокус», ГКУ РБ «Хозяйственное управление» и ООО «Клирлайт Рус» был заключен контракт на сумму свыше 115,5 миллиона рублей. Однако украшения были закуплены через трех посредников, из-за чего их стоимость оказалась выше рыночной на 80%.
Интересно, кстати, что закупка производилась в 2019 году – тогда недавно ставший главой региона Радий Хабиров использовал их для самопиара. И выговаривал подчиненным за задержку поставки.
