Слишком тёплая весна стала проблемой для Алтайского края. Талые воды стремительно топят дома местных жителей: уже пострадали около 90 домов и 600 приусадебных участков в девяти населённых пунктах. Перекрыто восемь участков дорог.

Людей пришлось эвакуировать: в двух пунктах размещения сейчас находятся 70 человек, в том числе 22 ребёнка. При этом готовы ещё семь пунктов.

Хуже всего ситуация в Рубцовске, Михайловском и Шипуновском районах. Передвигаться там получится только вплавь. В районе Ярового земля провалилась на несколько метров, предположительно, тоже из-за подтопления. В регионе работают оперативные группы: 234 человека и 92 единицы техники.
