"Во-первых, надо наказывать жёстче, на мой взгляд, этих людей. Я не кровожадный, но когда человек поджёг у себя траву и полдеревни спалил и платит штраф за это, если его поймали, 3 тысячи рублей - это, извините, смешно", сказал Иванов на форуме "Экосистема. Заповедный край" на Камчатке.
