На первых порах призывать будут «по смешанному типу» — то есть, людей в возрасте от 18 до 30 лет. Полный же переход к новой системе, при которой минимальный призывной возраст будет составлять 21 год, а предельный — 30 лет, займет от одного года до трех лет.
