Ведомство напоминает, что в 2023 году фигурант был заочно признан виновным в создании и руководстве международным преступным сообществом, а также выводе из РФ более 126 млрд рублей посредством незаконных валютных операций через ряд российских банков и принадлежащий Платону "Молдиндконбанк".
Подсудимому было назначено наказание в виде 20 лет лишения свободы.
