"Госсекретарь Рубио приветствовал соглашение об обмене пленными, достигнутое в ходе российско-украинских переговоров 16 мая в Стамбуле, и передал решительное послание президента [США Дональда] Трампа: Соединенные Штаты привержены достижению устойчивого завершения российско-украинской войны. Всеобъемлющий мирный план, предложенный Соединенными Штатами, представляет собой наилучший способ продвижения вперед", - сказала дипломат.
