Однако для достижения этих целей и для обеспечения 100-процентного покрытия страны почтовыми услугами с компании нужно снять «регуляторные гири», заявил в интервью РБК глава «Почты» Михаил Волков.
«Почте нужно дать возможность зарабатывать, в том числе в коммерческом сегменте, чтобы субсидировать социальную функцию», - сказал Волков.
