Советский районный суд Челябинска в полном объеме удовлетворил требования по гражданскому иску Генпрокуратуры об изъятии активов, связанных с основным владельцем «Южуралзолота» Константином Струковым.
В числе конфискованного – все принадлежащие Струкову акции в ПАО «Южуралзолото группа компаний» и 100% ООО «Управляющая компания ЮГК», сообщили «Ведомостям» участники процесса.
