Рост объясняется повышенным спросом на долгосрочную аренду, что привело к исчезновению самых дешёвых предложений, а также появлением дорогих объектов из новых проектов. Наиболее высокие ставки наблюдаются в Москве (88 тыс. рублей), Казани (50 тыс.) и Санкт-Петербурге (45 тыс.), а в городах вроде Воронежа, Уфы и Красноярска медианная стоимость аренды составляет около 25 тыс. рублей. @bezposhady
