При этом бюджет сохраняет социальный характер, на соответствующие нужды направят более 61% от 80,7 млрд. рублей его расходной части. Госпрограммы в области молодежной политики, физической культуры, спорта, культуры и туризма профинансируют более чем на 2,5 млрд. рублей.
Чтобы принять бюджет в первом чтении, депутаты облдумы соберутся на внеочередное заседание 17 ноября. Попутно парламентарии примут в первом чтении бюджет территориального фонда ОМС.
