Это не означает, что РФ автоматически признает правительство талибов управляющее Исламским Эмиратом Афганистан (фактически его Россия конечно же признает, но юридически пока нет). Это лишь устраняет коллизию, когда с талибами уже несколько лет активно ведут дела, но юридически они числятся террористами. С 2021 года у талибов просто нет причин прибегать к террористическим методам ведения войны в силу победы в Афганской войне.
В целом логичные и ожидаемые шаги. Относительно международного признания Талибана торги еще продолжатся.
