С самого низа и до достаточно высокого уровня. Так что даже если этого разговора и не было в реальности, это может быть придуманный диалог из современной пьесы на злобу дня.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
