✅آموزش و پرورش را میتوان یکی از مهمترین نظامهای اجتماعی دانست که نقشی اساسی در پایداری کشورها و نظامهای اجتماعی بازی میکند؛ اما شوربختانه در شرایط کنونی نظام آموزش و پرورش در ایران با مسائل و بحرانهای فراوانی روبروست که به شدت کارآمدی آن را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است.
✅ بر این اساس مجموعهٔ ايران پایدار در تلاش است تا در سلسله برنامههایی به آسیبشناسی نظام آموزش و پرورش در ایران پرداخته و به راهکارهایی برای افزایش کارآمدی آن دست یابد. در اولین برنامه از این سلسله برنامهها میزبان دکتر محمود مهرمحمدی از اساتید برجستهٔ حوزهٔ آموزش و پرورش و مطالعات برنامهٔ درسی بودیم که آثار فراوانی را در این حوزه تألیف نمودهاند. نسخهٔ صوتی برنامه در این فایل در دسترس است.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK.
