The IOM will be based in Hong Kong, and will be China's competitor to the International Court of Justice, which is based in The Hague.

🇨🇩🇷🇼⚡- M23 have crossed the Luhulu River and captured the small town of Peti, Walikale direction, North Kivu region, eastern DR Congo.

M23 have also advanced beyond Peti, towards Kisone. Meanwhile, the group has launched a pincer from the north, taking Kilambo. The attack is aimed at encircling a large number of DR Congo Armed Forces, FARDC, located on the heights of Buhimba, which is vital for the defense of Pinga - just 9km away from the frontline.
