Ближайшие 3 дня — 19, 20 и 21 октября — на трёх площадках (ЦК19, fab8, Студия 312) открываем выставку "Миф о 17 невидимках" — живопись, графика, свидетельства устной истории круга новосибирских художников и поэтов, художников и музыкантов, объединившихся вокруг фигуры Олега Волова в 80-е — 90-е годы. Чем эта история интересна в контексте тем города и городской истории — скажу ещё в паре слов на открытии в ЦК 19. Приходите смотреть, читать и слушать.

Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
